Self Portrait - January 2022

This month has given an opportunity to sit and practice some love towards self. It has been a reminder of lows that can be and of hope one can hold. It has been difficult. 'Taking care of myself' is a must. I am ready to slowly stand up and bloom and then bloom in full capacity as the months proceed.

For now, I need to remember:
